How big is it?
About the size of a stamp, and thinner than a piece of paper. It comes sealed in its own sachet, one strip per sachet.
Do I chew it or swallow it?
Neither. You put it on your tongue and close your mouth. It softens on contact and dissolves in about fifteen seconds.
What does it taste like?
Day is orange and cinnamon, Night is cherry and mixed berry. Both are sweet rather than medicinal, and both were reformulated more times than we would like to admit to get there.
Does it stick to my teeth?
No. It dissolves on the tongue rather than adhering, and there is nothing left afterwards.
Do I need water?
No. That is the whole reason it exists in this format.
Can I have it with coffee or food?
Yes. Somii Day already contains 60mg of caffeine from green tea, so factor that in alongside whatever else you are drinking.
Why a strip rather than a capsule?
A capsule is swallowed and goes through your digestive system, which means water and a moment to remember. A strip goes on the tongue and the actives absorb through the lining of your mouth. Fifteen seconds, and there is nothing to carry, mix or wash.
How many can I take?
One Day strip in the morning and one Night strip in the evening. Do not exceed two strips per day across the Somii range. If you take medication or are under medical supervision, speak to your doctor first.
What if I miss one?
Take the next one as normal. There is nothing to catch up on and no streak to restart.
